Equity Residences worked with a designer, Trisha Estrabrook of Bandon Blue Designs to upgrade the luxury waterfront residence.  The house has a Coastal Contemporary design that has a clean and modern look while being comfortable and relaxed for the perfect beach get-a-way.  Equity Residences worked with Bandon Blue Designs on a complete interior remodel that included kitchen, baths, flooring, pool, and a new furniture package to upgrade the house for its investors.
