This is the perfect home for multiple/large families or a fairly large group. The house is incredible on every level. The courtyard, open living area and dining room with huge unobstructed views (can be open air) of the large pool and travertine deck ,create the perfect environment to relax in a tropical paradise. The property itself is only half of the story.... The staff is AMAZING! Sivia, Augustine, Lilly, and Julio tend to your every need and will make all of the small moments in your vacation a pleasure and a luxury. Weather it is Silvia making sure all of your preplanning is executed, Augustine preparing and serving coffee and/or refreshments all day, Lilly keeping towels and beds neat, or Julio preparing a wonderful local Seafood feast...turn it over to them. They make the trip worthwhile down to the smallest details. Our pre-trip group text has more messages AFTER the trip than before, just reliving this wonderful visit and planning for our next trip. Trip Tips: Let them cook for you. Breakfast and Dinner are sufficient. You can hit a beach club for a day or two for lunch, have a brunch, or late breakfast. We planned day one, then sat down with Julio and Silvia to plan the balance of our meals. The golf course is gorgeous! Plan to play if you can. Eden Roc Resort is a very short distance. Spa, Food, bar expenditures will get you a spot at their beach area if you like.... The other beach options are beautiful and there is great open air afternoon dining options, Silvia can give you guidance...Augustine will drop you off and pick you up in the big Golf cart!! read less

The spacious 5 bedroom property was more than... read moreWe stayed on this fabulous property for a week with 5 couples. The spacious 5 bedroom property was more than we could have hoped for. The house came with a butler and house keeper who bent over backwards to address our every whim. When we woke in the morning, the butler Augustine was magically there with coffee. When we were relaxing by the pool, there was Augustine with Pina Colada’s. The house has a beautiful view of the magnificent Punta Espada golf course. We will return to this beautiful property. read less

Every room was well kept, well air conditioned and made you feel at home. The private pool was wonderful! It was quiet and relaxing. Augustine the butler and Amarillia the maid were great - they never let you lift a finger. Any small issue was addressed immediately. We had 3 couples there and all enjoyed our relaxing time in the sun. read less
