Captiva Island, Florida – Equity Villa Fund

Captiva Island, Florida

Captiva Island sits along the Gulf of Mexico in South Florida and is a short drive from Fort Myers International Airport. Captiva boasts a rich history of being explored by pirates and inhabited by conquistadors. Folklore tales of adventure and mystique surround you as you walk the white sand beaches that are strewn with gems from the sea.

Our private four-bedroom home, located on the Roosevelt Channel, boasts its own dock and heated pool. The quintessential Florida vibe is impossible to ignore.

Start your day by enjoying a cup of coffee from one of the many balconies. For some afternoon activity, grab a fishing pole or take a kayak ride. If you are lucky, you may even see a manatee swimming in the Pine Island Sound Aquatic Preserve. The home offers cruiser bicycles that you can ride to the gorgeous white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and unwind with westerly sunset views! Whether the purpose of your trip is a family vacation or a couples retreat, the Pink House will not disappoint.
