Brandon Cassagnol is Vice President of Portfolio Management for Equity Residences, LLC where he oversees property acquisition and upgrades, asset management, revenue management and guest experience.

Prior to joining Equity Residences, Brandon spent ten years with Inspirato, a members-only travel club, with similar responsibilities, and worked in the hospitality industry.  Brandon received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado.

She is deeply committed to the Equity Residences mission – delivering five-star service for our guests. Mickie’s warm approach and dedication mean that every guest feels cared for, allowing them to focus on what truly matters – enjoying their luxury vacation to the fullest.

Meet Nikola, our Guest Relations Manager for Europe. Nikola is a seasoned hospitality professional with a strong background in tourism and guest relations. Currently specializing in European luxury vacation rentals and guest relations, Nikola has been in the industry since 2014, gaining extensive experience in both Montenegro and the USA. Holding a Master’s degree in Law, Nikola combines analytical skills with a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Highly organized and solution-oriented, he excels in problem-solving and direct communication, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. Fluent in Montenegrin and English, with advanced Italian proficiency, Nikola provides seamless guest support and concierge services for our European homes, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, enriching stay.
