Yes. Whether you are travelling as a couple, with friends, or with family, our homes offer spacious layouts, most with four or more bedrooms, and shared spaces perfect for spending time together.
Are events or celebrations allowed at the homes?
Our residences are well-suited for intimate celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, and special family gatherings. However, weddings and large-scale events are not permitted. Many of our homes are located near world-class venues, making it easy to enjoy our stay at the residence while hosting larger events nearby. Can I change the names on the reservation
Yes, guest names may be updated upon request.
What cooking essentials are provided at Equity Residence’s homes?
All Equity Residence’s houses are fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and fully stoked with cooking essentials such as spices and oilve oils. If you have special requests, please can contact our team in advance with questions and to arrange additional deliveries such as groceries.
What activities are available in Big Sky beyond skiing?
Big Sky Resort offers a wide range of year round outdoor activities. During the winter, guests can enjoy snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and scenic winter tours in addition to downhill skiing. In the summer months, the area is known for hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, horseback riding, and whitewater rafting. The nearby Mountain Village and Town Center also feature restaurants, shops, and seasonal events that make Big Sky an enjoyable destination in every season.
How far is the home from Big Sky Resort and nearby amenities?
The property is approximately 10–15 minute drive from Big Sky Resort and restaurants and shops in Town Center. The location combines mountain seclusion with easy access to amenities.
What is Big Sky like during the spring and fall seasons?
Spring and late fall are quieter seasons in Big Sky, offering a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful scenery. It’s a wonderful time for hiking, fly-fishing, wildlife viewing, scenic drives, and relaxing mountain retreats. Many guests enjoy these months for the slower pace and the chance to experience Big Sky like a local.
Are skis, snowboards, or sports gear available at the Big Sky Resort home?
While ski equipmnet are not included with the rental, we’re happy to recommend local vendors. We especially recommend Ski Butlers, who provide a convenient delivery and fitting service directly at the home. As an Equity Residences guest, you receive a 10% discount.
Do guests have full access to all amenities at Terranea Resort?
Guests staying at the Equity Residences Terranea 3 bedroom villa enjoy access to many of the amenities at the Terranea Resort. These include multiple oceanfront pools and hot tubs, several restaurants and bars across the property, scenic coastal trails, a full service spa and fitness center, tennis facilities, and direct access to the beautiful Palos Verdes coastline. The resort also offers seasonal activities, golf nearby, and a variety of dining and wellness experiences, allowing guests to enjoy the full resort atmosphere while staying in the privacy and comfort of the villa.
How close is the home to beaches and attractions in Cabo San Lucas?
The Equity Residences Cabo home is located in the Blue Sea gated community along the Carretera Transpeninsular, a convenient location that provides easy access to many of Cabo San Lucas’s top attractions. Guests are a short drive from several beautiful beaches, including Medano Beach, known for its swimmable waters, beach clubs, and water activities. The marina, downtown restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas are also nearby, allowing guests to enjoy everything Cabo has to offer while returning to the comfort and privacy of the home in a quiet residential community.
