No. All of our residences are non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping. If smoking or vaping occurs, guests are responsible for any damage such as stains, burns, or odors. In these cases, guests may be asked to leave the residence, considered in breach of the rental agreement, and forfeit their security deposit to cover cleaning and restoration costs.

Please notify us immediately so we can resolve it.

A $1,500 security deposit is required at the time of the reservation (or an amount equal to the total rent, whichever is higher) is due at least 30 days before your stay begins. If needed, all or part of the deposit may be used to cover things like unpaid rent, excessive cleaning, repairs for damages beyond normal wear and tear, or replacement of missing items.

We are happy to provide recommendations. Guests are typically responsible for making their own reservations; however, at our international destinations, our property managers can often assist with booking on your behalf.

Yes, our concierge can arrange wellness services in-home.

Yes, we can arrange a private chef or catering upon request. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Pool heating is available for $75 per day and is generally only necessary during winter months. Please note, some destinations such as Costa Rica and Mykonos do not have pool heaters.

Yes, all kitchens are fully stocked for cooking and entertaining.

All residences include Wi-Fi and basic cable. Guests may log into their own streaming service accounts.

Yes, Pack ‘n Plays are available upon request.
