What essentials are provided?
We stock all homes with enough toiletries, paper goods, laundry supplies, and pantry basics for a week-long stay. Each residence also features a unique recreation package, which may include snorkel gear, paddleboards, kayaks, beach equipment, or bicycles depending on the destination. Please confirm our guest relations team prior to your stay.
How do I check in – will someone meet me at the residence, or is there a keypad/lockbox?
This depends on the residence. . Most homes feature a keypad entry system with a unique code provided by our guest relations team. For international residences, a local property manager may greet you in person.
What if I want to check in early or check out late?
Yes, early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request through the Equity Residences team. A fee of $250 applies for late check-out until 4:00 PM. Availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in advance.

How do I arrange transportation to and from the airport?
Transportation options vary by destination. In many locations, guests may choose between private transfers, car rentals, local taxis/shuttle services. Our guest relations team can provide recommendations and assist with coordinating transportation based on the specific residence. Please reach out in advance so we can help ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted in our residences. Policies may vary depending on local regulations, so please confirm with our team in advance if you plan to travel with a service animal.
Do you arrange excursions and private tours?
Concierge services are available to assist with booking excursions, private tours, and curated local experiences. Availability varies by residence, so we recommend confirming with our team in advance which services can be arranged for your stay.
Do you provide grocery stocking before arrival?
Each home is supplied with essentials like coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Grocery stocking varies by location. Some locations have concierge support that can arrange stocking before arrival, while in others we recommend using local delivery services (such as Instacart) or shopping nearby once you arrive. Please confirm with our team or the local manager what options are available for your specific home.
Can I modify my booking after it’s confirmed?
Reservation dates cannot be modified within the 90-day cancellation window, but guests are free to adjust the number of travelers at any time.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred dates, especially during peak travel seasons. For most of our homes, the busiest times are January through April and June through August.
