Our residences are well-suited for intimate celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, and special family gatherings. However, weddings and large-scale events are not permitted. Many of our homes are located near world-class venues, making it easy to enjoy our stay at the residence while hosting larger events nearby. Many of our international residences offer concierge services to enhance your stay. Depending on the home, these may include assistance with private chef bookings, spa treatments, restaurant reservations, airport transfers, and other local experiences. Please check the details of your specific home or contact our team in advance to confirm which services are available for your stay.

You may cancel your reservation more than 90 days before your arrival for a full refund. If you cancel between 61 days and 90 days before arrival, 50% of the total rent will be charged. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip. Select residences are available for extended stays. Please contact our team for details and availability.

Yes. In select destinations such as Costa RIca  (Reserva Conchal and Playa Potrero), Anguilla, Mexico (Akumal, Cabo, Nuevo Vallarta, Punta de Mita), the Dominican Republic (Cap Cana), and Terranea Resort at Rancho Palos Verdes, California, daily housekeeping is included. In other homes, we can arrange optional cleaning services upon request.
