Reservations are recommended for Nelson’s, especially during peak dining hours. The resort features eight restaurants, and most other venues welcome walk-ins.
Do guests have access to the Ritz amenities during their stay at the Tahoe mountain home?
Yes, guests have full access to all resort amenities.
Is there sufficient comfortable seating in the living room at the Tahoe mountain home?
Yes. The living area is spacious and inviting. If you have specific questions about the furniture layout or seating arrangements, your Property Manager will be happy to assist.
Are there plenty of activities to enjoy near the Reserva Conchal penthouse?
Yes. Within 30 minutes, you will find a wide range of experiences, including ATV tours, ziplining, and surfing, perfect for exploring Costa Rica’s natural beauty and adventure.
How can guests locate the Reserva Conchal penthouse within the resort?
The resort can be a little tricky to navigate at first. Your property guide includes detailed maps and directions, and your Property Manager can also assist if needed.
Do guests at the Reserva Conchal penthouse have access to the amenities at the neighboring resort?
Access to the resort next door is not automatically included with your stay. Guests who would like to enjoy the resort’s amenities will need to obtain passes directly from the resort.
Will guests be personally greeted upon arrival at the Poipu villa?
Guests are typically welcomed in person by a Property Manager or concierge. For added convenience, some stays may include contactless check-in. If you would like an in-person greeting, your Property Manager will be happy to arrange it in advance.
Can guests arrange private chef services at the Punta De Mita villa?
Yes. Private chef services can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. Your Property Manager can help coordinate menus and scheduling.
What recreational equipment is available for guests at the Punta De Mita villa?
Guests can enjoy pickleball paddles, balls, and other beach gear provided at the home.
Is drinking water provided for guests at the Punta De Mita villa?
Yes. The home is stocked with 5-gallon containers of filtered drinking water. If you need more during your stay, your Property Manager will be happy to replenish them.
