Yes, it is managed by the condominium and operates seasonally: cooling is available from mid-May through October, and heating runs from mid-November through April. The lowest set temperature for cooling is 20°C, and for heating is 26°C.
Do I need a car in Siena?

While the “Zona Traffico Limitato” (ZTL) ensures a peaceful, car-free environment, you’ll find that the city’s most iconic sights, boutiques, and cafes are all within a delightful and effortless stroll from your door. Only designated taxis are allowed to drive inside the city walls. However, we reccomend renting a car if you want to experience Tuscany, go to San Gimignano, or drive to Florence. In this case, a designated parking spot is available for you to safely park your car.
I am traveling to Siena by car. What is the parking situation?
There is a designated parking spot available in a private garage located within a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. After parking your car, you can walk to the apartment through the medieval city streets. Alternatively, our host can help with organizing a taxi to take you to the apartment.
Is access to Eden Roc available year-round at the Cap Cana villa?
Access to Eden Roc Cap Cana is generally available throughout the year; however, during certain peak holiday periods—such as Christmas and Easter—access may be restricted to resort guests only.
