It was clean with minimalist decor. The concierge was very responsive and helpful as well.. Playa Conchal was gorgeous and clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, private resort like experience but close to local towns and activities. Pura Vida!

Many of our international residences offer concierge services to enhance your stay. Depending on the home, these may include assistance with private chef bookings, spa treatments, restaurant reservations, airport transfers, and other local experiences. Please check the details of your specific home or contact our team in advance to confirm which services are available for your stay.

Do you offer payment plans for longer stays?

We do not offer payment plans, but bookings are split into two payments: 50% due at booking and 50% due 90 days prior arrival.

Can you help with restaurant reservations?

We are happy to provide recommendations. Guests are typically responsible for making their own reservations; however, at our international destinations, our property managers can often assist with booking on your behalf.
