An experienced investor, management executive, and consultant, Greg co-founded and grew Equity Residences, a luxury real estate investment fund with hundreds of investors. Residences in the funds’ portfolios span more than ten countries and include most popular luxury vacation destinations such as Turks & Caicos, Hawaii, and Italy. Greg has worked across all facets of real estate, from ground-up development to investment, design, and sales.

Prior to his career as a real estate investor, Greg had executive management experience, both US and international, in private equity, business development, business strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business and an engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin. During his career, he has lived in London, Paris, Nice, Sydney, Singapore, Costa Rica and Lisbon.

John’s passion for traveling and making smart investments let him to co-found Equity Residences, which has seen the successful growth of the Equity Villa Fund and subsequent launch of the Equity Platinum Fund. John has over 25 years’ experience in management, consulting, and private equity. John, who holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Rice University, began his career at McKinsey & Company and then personally advised companies on growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and new ventures.An avid traveler who’s visited more than 50 countries, John splits time between homes in San Diego, California and Austin, Texas.

Steve is the founding partner of Elite Alliance Real Estate (EARE), a firm specializing in the design, structuring, marketing, and sale of vacation property developments at the prestigious resort and urban locations. He pioneered the country’s first residence club (luxury co-ownership) in 1991 at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Subsequently, he launched The Phillips Club in Manhattan, the country’s first urban residence club. As a principal of EARE, he works with developers in evaluating potential residence club sites, conducting preliminary business discussions, assessing project feasibility, formulating club ownership parameters, and supervising club design and marketing.

Marina Salley is a business growth strategist and design thinker with expertise in private equity fundraising, product design, and marketing architecture. At Equity Residences, she contributed to the expansion of the Equity Platinum Fund and played a key role in launching both the Equity Platinum Fund 2 and the Equity Euro Fund.

Prior to joining Equity Residences, Marina worked in digital  banking and marketing agencies, where she built a foundation in customer experience, digital strategy, and brand development across diverse industries.

Originally from Russia, Marina has lived in New York, California, Lisbon, and Costa Rica, bringing a global perspective to her leadership. She holds a Sociology degree from Columbia University and has successfully led cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and customer experience to drive scalable investor growth and fund performance.

Brandon Cassagnol is Vice President of Portfolio Management for Equity Residences, LLC where he oversees property acquisition and upgrades, asset management, revenue management and guest experience.

Prior to joining Equity Residences, Brandon spent ten years with Inspirato, a members-only travel club, with similar responsibilities, and worked in the hospitality industry.  Brandon received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado.
