The trade-off was cost, being tied to one location, or management headaches. Comprised of experienced finance, hospitality, and real estate professionals with a passion for structuring diversified equity investments and traveling to beautiful locations around the globe, the Equity Residences team has created a shared-ownership, luxury vacation home product engineered to be a financial investment.
