No. The home is located in a private gated community just outside the Punta Mita Resort.

Is beach gear provided for guests at the Poipu villa?

Yes. Items such as a beach wagon and other essentials are available in the garage. If anything is missing or damaged, please contact your Property Manager.

Are mid-stay cleanings included for guests at the Poipu villa?

Yes. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning is provided. If you’d like additional cleaning services during your stay, please let your Property Manager know and they can arrange it.

Will guests be personally greeted upon arrival at the Poipu villa?

Guests are typically welcomed in person by a Property Manager or concierge. For added convenience, some stays may include contactless check-in. If you would like an in-person greeting, your Property Manager will be happy to arrange it in advance.

Yes. Filtered drinking water is available through both a built-in filtration system and 5-gallon water bottles for added convenience.
