Equity Residences has signed a partnership agreement with The Hideaways Club. Through the partnership, Equity Residences investors can now access 10 additional vacation homes across Europe. This brings the total number of European homes available through the Equity Residences network to 15.
The homes are located in destinations including London, Paris, Lisbon, Chamonix, Prague, Berlin, Istanbul, and Lake Maggiore. The partnership responds to continued investor demand for access to more European markets. It also gives investors more travel options while Equity Residences continues to build its European portfolio through the Equity Euro Fund.
“We are proud to bring 10 additional homes to our investors through a single partnership with The Hideaways Club. Our funds already own homes in Barcelona, Rome, Florence, Siena, and Mykonos. I speak with investors regularly, and demand for London, Paris, Lisbon, Italian villas, and European ski destinations remains strong. The Hideaways homes give our investors access to these in-demand locations alongside the homes owned by our funds.” — Marina Salley, Head of Investor Relations at Equity Residences
Expanding European Access Through the Equity Euro Fund
For investors interested in European real estate portfolios, the expanded network provides another way to experience destinations that may not yet be represented in the fund’s own collection of homes.
“The partnership between The Hideaways Club and Equity Residences offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a luxury brand and clientele consistent with the Equity Residences Collection and its Partners. The portfolios are complementary in nature and provide upscale, diverse accommodations in highly sought-after locations.” — Brandon Cassagnol, Vice President of Portfolio Management.
According to Brandon, there is already evidence of interest in the new destinations. Equity Residences has seen significant interest from its investors in Paris and London. Hideaways members have also confirmed stays in Florence and Rome. That early activity gives the partnership a practical purpose beyond simply adding destinations to a list. It demonstrates how the two networks can give their respective members access to locations outside their existing portfolios.

What Sets Equity Residences Apart
The Equity Residences model is designed for investors who want exposure to vacation homes without taking on the responsibilities of independently owning and managing their own second homes.
The Equity Euro Fund offers a parallel-fund structure. Eligible non- American investors, including qualifying European investors, may participate through a separate British Virgin Islands entity that invests alongside the Delaware fund under the same investment strategy. This structure provides eligible investors with a non-U.S. investment vehicle while preserving access to the shared European real estate portfolio and travel benefits.
The fund structure is one part of the Equity Residences offering. The broader model combines real estate investment with personal access to luxury vacation homes and a network of travel opportunities.
